We understand how important it is to get your Cavitron back up and running to the standards you
demand. To accomplish this goal, we know it is important for you to communicate with a live person.
Please call or text us at your convenience and we will answer and/or return your call/text promptly.

We will be able to coach you with an onsite remedy or the process
to get your unit to us so we can repair it in a timely manner.

Once we receive your unit, we will evaluate it and provide a complete estimate to you in writing within 24 to 48
hours of receipt of the unit. We ask that you provide an email address to communicate to as this is the fastest
way to get the estimate for repair to you. Once you approve the estimate, we will repair your unit and have
it packaged and shipped to you within 24 to 48 hours. The fee on the estimate will be the final fee
charged to you. If you decline the repair estimate, you only pay for return shipping. There is
never "additional" or "hidden" fees when you receive your unit.

We understand the need to have your Cavitron back in your hands as quickly as possible. With ship time
to us (usually 2-3 days), estimate time, repair time and ship time back to you (2-3 days) . . . in most
cases you will have your Cavitron back in 6-9 days.

For over 30 years, we have been repairing Cavitron ultrasonic scalers and Prophy Jets for major dental
dealers, independent dealers, repair facilities and franchises as a wholesale business. We continue to
offer these services to all of these types of facilities at that level.
We have felt the need by customers to offer a direct-to-customer repair service as the need and our business
continue to experience growth. By doing this, we offer much faster turnaround times and lower prices
than OEM’s and major dental dealers that you the customer benefit from.
Even though you may not have heard of us, we have been very prevalent in this highly specialized repair industry
for many years and we may have fixed some of your units in the past. Our past history of success coupled
with our Guarantee will provide you the highest quality repair, best competitive pricing and
fastest turnaround in the industry.

Our work is 100% Guaranteed . . . PERIOD!

We are proud of our continued success with countless customers through the years that
have helped us build our company success. We could not in the past and cannot in
the future maintain our success without our customer satisfaction.

Each repaired unit comes with a 6-Month Warranty on the work and parts completed. If
there are any issues with the work/parts outside of user neglect, we cover the repair. If
your unit calls for a new handpiece cable/wiring, it comes with a 1-Year Warranty.
We enjoy less than a 1% return rate on our repairs.
